Structured tool calls
Standard MCP methods — initialize, tools/list, tools/call, resources/list, prompts/list — over JSON-RPC. Agents invoke explicit tools, not guesses.
Tqoia is one source of truth — but it does not pretend to be the only system you touch. It exposes structured, tenant-isolated connections so AI agents, bank feeds, FX sources, documents, and EU reporting channels flow into and out of the same operational record. No re-keying, no scraping, no parallel spreadsheets drifting out of sync.
Tqoia exposes a tenant-aware MCP facade at /api/agent/mcp — JSON-RPC over HTTP, secured
with bearer API keys. Agents like OpenClaw or Claude translate user intent into structured tool calls;
Tqoia executes them against the right tenant and never accepts free-form natural language as a command.
Standard MCP methods — initialize, tools/list, tools/call, resources/list, prompts/list — over JSON-RPC. Agents invoke explicit tools, not guesses.
Every request carries a Tqoia agent API key and hits the correct tenant host. Tenant isolation is enforced from the request host before any lookup or execution.
AuthConnections scoped to services.read, invoices.read, or entities.read can discover the catalog and resolve entities without write access.
Agent tools cover resolve_entity, list_services, find_service_tariff, issue_invoice_and_send, upload_file, ingest_document, and ingest_document_and_make_je — operational acts, not exports.
create_task, get_execution_status, confirm_execution, retry_execution, and resubmit_execution keep agent actions traceable and reversible under human confirmation.
schedule_followup_execution, list_followup_jobs, get_followup_job, and cancel_followup_job let agents queue and manage deferred work without losing context.
Financial reality arrives as statements and rates from outside the platform. Tqoia ingests both and ties them to the same entities, invoices, and accounts the rest of the system already knows.
Import and parse bank transactions into structured records with opening/closing balances, multi-currency debit/credit, and counterparty references — deduplicated by transaction hash.
Bank feedsA background scheduler syncs currency rates daily on workdays from an external source, stored at 8-decimal precision for accurate, date-based conversion across native, USD, and EUR.
FXImported transactions link to bank accounts, entities, and counterparties — so screening and reconciliation work against one consistent record instead of ad-hoc CSV dumps.
ReconcileTenants charge their own clients directly through Stripe Connect Express. Clients are charged under your tenant's connected Stripe account — not Tqoia's — so you own the merchant relationship while Tqoia provides the software and an optional platform fee. Card and bank details are collected only on Stripe-hosted pages; Tqoia never stores them.
One-click Stripe-hosted onboarding from Billing > Stripe Connect. Refresh status to confirm Charges: Enabled and Details: Submitted before you start charging clients.
Define plans with amount, currency, interval, and trial days. Tqoia creates the Stripe Product and Price under your connected account; price changes spawn a new immutable Stripe Price for future checkouts.
SubscriptionsStart a subscription from the client Entity — Tqoia opens a Stripe Checkout session, prefills the client email, and tracks status from checkout_started through active, past_due, and canceled via webhooks.
Files come from email, scanners, and agents. Tqoia turns them into searchable, accountable records — and, when asked, into journal entries.
Uploaded files are OCR-processed in the background, with extracted content and a TSV index attached to the document for full-text search across the platform.
OCRThe ingest_document_and_make_je path takes an incoming document and produces a draft accounting entry, ready for review — automation from source activity, not re-keying.
Invoices and records render to PDF and structured export formats, so what leaves Tqoia is as traceable as what lives inside it.
ExportReach people where they already are, without standing up your own bot infrastructure or mail server.
One shared bot serves every tenant. Linking is user-level and verified by a short-lived one-time code resolved through a master tenant registry, then bound to the right tenant and user via webhook.
TelegramTransactional email handles registration, verification, and resend flows, with honeypot bot protection on sign-up — outbound mail wired in without extra tooling.
EmailThe shared-bot, master-registry pattern means a single connection scales across tenants — no per-tenant credentials to provision or rotate.
Multi-tenantMoving in should not mean retyping years of history. Tqoia takes data in bulk and migrates from the systems you are leaving behind.
Bulk-import entities, lookup lists, and services from Excel or CSV, with org-structure parsing for share issuances, transfers, trusts, and role appointments.
Excel / CSVSelective table transfer across PostgreSQL databases with dependency tracking and partner lookup — transactional, with rollback on partial failure.
MigrationEntities, invoices, documents, and users export in batch to JSON and Excel — so your data stays portable, not locked in.
ExportCompliance is itself an integration problem: structured payloads going out to authorities, screening lists coming in. Tqoia is built around both.
Immutable issued invoices, historical party snapshots, structured payloads, and DRR submission records give Tqoia the layers VAT in the Digital Age expects for intra-EU B2B reporting.
KYC/AML workflows screen entities and bank activity against sanctions and PEP sources, with risk scoring and audit logging tied to the operational record.
Compliance audit logs and structured export formats mean what you submit — and what you screened — survives review by management, auditors, and regulators.
Agents, banks, FX sources, documents, messaging, and EU reporting all feed the same operational chain — secured per tenant, traceable end to end. Need a connection that is not here yet? State the need; extending the platform is part of the offer.
